Standard Form - Color paper stocks

Standard Forms can be used for gathering or sharing information.  Using color sheets of paper helps your forms stand out among other forms for easier indentification.

Paper: 60# Opaque text stock, variety of colors to choose from

Color: Printed black on one side (1/0) or black on both sides (1/1).

Additional Options: If you need extras done to your forms, such as made into pads of 25 or 50, 3-hole drilled on side or 2-hole drilledon top, or any other special requests, please go to Custom Quote and fill out the form and we will reply in a timely manner.

1) Choose your Product

Select a product by clicking on the product name. Fill out the product details: project title, quantity, paper, bindery details, etc. and proceed to file upload area to upload your files.  All text and graphics must be 1/4" away from the edges for the given pricing.

2) Upload files

After you upload the files please click on the Continue button to add the product into the shopping cart. Choose the turnaround time and proceed to checkout.

3) Checkout

Select your payment method and shipping address. Click Continue to review your order. Click on Submit to finish. Your credit card will be charged and we will email you your invoice immediately.
